Liz Carner offers 18 years of experience as both an independent natural resources consultant and an ecologist for private environmental consultant companies. At On Pointe Consulting LLC, Ms. Carner strives to provide the highest quality field data and act as a liaison between her clients and regulatory agencies, to both protect natural resources while also providing for development and recreational opportunities. Ms. Carner has been certified by the Society of Wetland Scientists as a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and will deliver quality, on pointe data using a variety of data collection methodologies and standards. She has successfully completed biological field surveys throughout many regions in the U.S., including West Texas, southeast U.S., the Intermountain West, the Great Plains, Mid Atlantic, Midwest, and northeast U.S.

Ms. Prah offers 17 years of environmental and natural resource experience working for private consulting firms, local government agencies, and non-profit organizations. She specializes in wetland delineation services, threatened and endangered (T&E) species assessments, environmental compliance, data management, and regulatory reporting for energy projects nationwide. Ms. Prah has experience performing wetland and waterbody delineations utilizing the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Regional Supplements in in the Great Plains, Western Mountains, Arid West, Atlantic and Gulf Coastal Plain, Midwest, and Northeast Regions. She has completed wetland and stream functional assessments using numerous district-specific methodologies. Ms. Prah routinely conducts biological/wetland field surveys to identify resources regulated under the Clean Water Act pursuant to Section 404/401 permitting and coordinates with Project Managers and Construction Managers to assist with routing/siting around Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) triggers, sensitive resources, and construction concerns. She is skilled at aerial photo and topographic map interpretation and regularly performs desktop assessments to review a project area and assesses the potential for wetlands and watercourses and other regulated resources to occur.
Liz is one of the most competent field ecologists for which I have had the pleasure to know and work with. Her skill set encompass a broad range of abilities including avian, plant, and wildlife field identification, wetland and habitat delineation, survey planning and coordination, and report writing. Liz works effectively in an independent setting or as strong team member. She has an outstanding work ethic to withstand the rigors of conducting and leading ecological surveys for large complex interstate energy projects and ecological research.
